A space to be heard
Counselling, professional supervision and behaviour change support, with compassion, care and no judgement. Melbourne-based, online across Australia.

Meet Cheryl
For over 25 years (first as a nurse, then as a social worker), I've sat with people at vulnerable moments in their lives. I find it a real privilege: often people haven't allowed themselves to be heard or supported, and being there with them is an opportunity to remind them of their value and importance.
How I can help

Counselling
A compassionate space to unpack what's going on: everyday struggles, relationships, stress, trauma, alcohol and other drugs, or the changes that come with parenting and new stages of life.

Professional Supervision
Independent, confidential supervision for social workers and others in wellbeing work: space for critical reflection, debriefing and creating balance in demanding roles. Walking sessions available.

Behaviour Change & AOD Support
One-on-one, non-judgemental support to explore your relationship with alcohol or other drugs, and your own motivations for change. VicRoads-credentialed behaviour change facilitator.

Workplace Training & Group Work
Reflective practice, communication and stress-management sessions for teams, graduates and community groups.
What it's like to work with Cheryl
My style is side by side: not an expert with all the answers, but someone who helps you explore what you need. As your lens shifts, you find your own motivations and your own solutions. People often tell me they feel comfortable and find it easy to talk, and that they wish they'd started sooner.
- Heard, not hurried. Space to say what's really going on, at your pace.
- Whole person. A nursing background means body and mind both get listened to: emotional pain often shows up physically.
- Your values, your direction. The work connects you with what matters to you, not someone else's plan.
Reaching out is the hardest step, and it starts with a friendly 10–15 minute phone chat, no obligation.
